If you like your health insurance plan, you can keep your health insurance plan if your insurance company says its ok. The constitution says that the legislative branch is the one that makes laws. The judicial and executive branches are not to make the laws. Recently, the executive branch is making the laws and deciding which parts of the laws they will or will not enforce. Our nation is not the nation is was originally set up to be and it seems that our government does not even care the we are not following the constitution.
