If you look at Psalm 14:1 you can see that the words There is are italicized, it should read The fool has said in his heart No, God!. When put this way the whole meaning changes, the fool is saying No God, I dont want you! He is not saying you dont exist He is saying I admit that you exist but leave me alone! big difference. Here is the reason the fool says No, God!: This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. John 3:19-20
