If you looking to lose body fat rapidly and improve your fitness in my opinion thats the best way to do this! HIIT is a short cut to improve your body look , take your fitness to the next level and to feel horribly good :-) Rather than wasting your time having hours on cardio machines what doesnt bring good effects anymore, shock your body with HIIT ! The one I did this morning was pretty simple 2 circuits including 4 exercises each performed for 30s so 2 min in total with 1 min rest in between each set! Repeat this x 4 1. - Battle rope double wave 30s - kinda prowler :-) 30s - burpee med ball wall throw - med ball v-sits 1 min rest Repeat x 4 2. - skipping rope double unders 30s - box jumps 30s - med ball slam 30s - med ball super man 30s 1 min rest Repeat x 4 If you fancy to try, have a fun :-) @JDR88PT
