Candidates must have a love of working with animals. Previous kennel experience would be an advantage but not essential. Must be honest, trustworthy and reliable. Must be avaliable to work during the school holidays. Please note that due to the rural location, access to own transport is required. The position involves a lot of walking, and working outdoors. The position involves overseeing the care of dogs within the kennel, duties include cleaning of kennels, feeding dogs and taking dogs on walks. The position also involves overseeing the cattery, keeping the area clean and ensuring cats are fed and looked after. Two part time positions avaliable: Weekday position: Monday - Friday 1:00pm - 6:00pm Weekend position: Saturday - Sunday 7:30am - 3:30pm Both roles are temporary until the end of August.
