If you need work on your side delts, try this version of the lateral raise...just put small band through the center hole of a weight plate, grip the ends of the band, then do the lateral raise. Youll get vertical resistance against gravity as you raise the plate up, but youll also get direct LATERAL resistance by stretching the band as you bring the arms up. Its extremely effective and very simple to set up! If you need bands, heres where I get mine from: fitstep/goto/bands.htm
