If you never watch or read anything else on my FB page I humbly ask that you watch this video. I am actually begging you. I have loved Jane Elliott for 25 years. So take this in How do you Identify Racism? If you would like to have seen her blue eye/brown eye study with third graders after Martin Luther King was assassinated, in A Class Divided with Jane Elliott the 1985 reunion of those third graders. Watch the reactions of those little children, and what happened to them during this study. Pay attention to the teacher. An amazing documentary. I promise you will get it. And understand And empathize into a shift in behavior, at some level or in some degree. My soul MUST believe that about your soul. Afterthought: If I get enough responses, I will post Janes entire documentary. A Class Divided. I dont think I am a racist. I think I have been cleansed of my racial conditioning and the virus of bigotry, but I got all choked up inside during portions of this video below, and realized that it will take the rest of my life to be fully cleansed, if only for the reason that I will never know (even at my very best) what it is like to be a Black human being in the United States. I have had some recent vicarious experiences and mental awakenings through my beloved son (in-law). And through his two daughters, my GRANDchildren. Then there is Genevieve, my perfect example.
