If you own property, lets use a vehicle for example, and you give permission for someone else to use your car and as a result damage is caused to your car and a third parties property, who is ultimately liable for damages? Lets assume that the damages are not covered by insurance companies and the owner actually possess LEGAL title to the property meaning the state has no interest in the property. So who is liable the one operating the vehicle at the time of damage or the owner of the property responsible for damages?
