**If you plan on driving in downtown Martinsburg tonight, here is a heads up. The North Queen Street Underpass, beneath the CSX railroad bridge in downtown Martinsburg, will be closed Monday night beginning at 10 p.m. for a resurfacing project, West Virginia Division of Highways officials announced. Motorists can use the newly opened Raleigh Street Extension as a detour, highway officials said. Signs, message boards and flaggers will be positioned to direct traffic. Expected to be completed by Tuesday at 6 a.m., the road work comes as city leaders await the response of CSX officials to a structural assessment of the underpass by Alpha Associates Inc.
