If you post appropriately on FB...meaning your timeline isnt just an over abundance of selfies,memes and vines....then scrolling on your timeline can be an enjoyable experience. Not only enjoyable but profitable for personal growth. You get to appreciate how far you may have come in certain areas of struggle and be reminded of areas that still need work. You learn to recognize the influential people in your life and how they have contributed to the individual you are today. You may see goals accomplished and some that are incomplete/have yet to be started. You remember the rough situations you faced and can spend a moment of gratitude that they have passed.
