If you‘re not worried about the way Nigerians rushed to wash themselves with warm water and salt -like bacteria-infested vegetables plucked from a garden made rich with cattle dung -without asking for the source of the information that said doing so before a particular time would make them immune to the Ebola virus, then I am worried about you. What this means is that we -or the greater percentage of us -are gullible and prone to mass deception. It means one man can decieve us all. Imagine that we were asked to kill specified persons or to eat sh*t! People would have complied and knocked on doors to inform others that “dem sey“without asking “who said?“ As for me, I made rubbish of the recommended therapy by writing on my FB wall that we should put in our bath water, salt, peppers, onions, dryfish, egusi, ogbono, stockfish, palmoil, vegetables, etc. I made it abundantly clear that I didn‘t believe in any ritual salt-bathing before 6 a.m. Only someone with a“headache“ would have followed by soup-bath recommendation. Oddly enough, most of those who complied with the recommended ritual are the same people who wave the flag of religion in our faces! #GetYourBrainBack!
