If you realize that the opportunities for you to grow and climb further in your current career setting is very limited and restricted to the point of frustration and annoyance, and your age is both a strength and a weakness : strength because you have the energy and passion, weakness because you are presumed to have the time to wait, but in actual fact there isnt much time left for you to invest your future on uncertainty? Would you move on to other places with more opportunity for you to thrive, or would you stay to hope for a clearer path being chartered out for you? I can only rely on trusting my superiors to have my best interest in their arrangement for me but at times, when I felt neglected, misunderstood, or lack of information, the insecurities kicks in. For the past one and half year I have learnt how to pacify this insecurity on my own because I cant seem to find a peer whove been through the path Ive taken. My networks were built on my own accord mostly, and so are my passion. The insecurity part is now eating into my passion and hope. I truly wish that someone can come and tell me I will get what I deserve fairly and in equity. I know what my self-worth are, and I know very well how competitive I am. I know when I am over-flattered or over-complimented, and at the same time I also know when I am being under-rated. 3 more years and I am reaching 30 years old and I dont even know what to put in my CV. I am never promised a future by anyone and that thought is very depressing. I need certainty for today, and I also need certainty for my future. #insecure #crisis #upset
