If you stay on track with your diet for 6 days then splurge all out eating thousands of calories you can figure out why youre not losing fat by splitting out those calories over 7 days and notice you probably creating a maintenance level. Many people dont use refeeds properly, do it too soon or when they havent even been strict that long. I always recommend at least 2 weeks without refeed for those who focus on fat loss. If you are into building you should eat more every day instead of sporadic refeeds. Refeeds should be played around with carefully. Takes trial and error to find the perfect ratio/frequency and consumption. They are ONE tool in the box. Its not a oh, lets refeed, Ive been perfect for 2 days
