If you struggle then God does not hold it against you; instead God is right there leading and guiding your steps and you end up working hard but it is because of the confidence that God will not condemn you or let you fail. God will give you the desires of your heart but it will not come under the law or feelings of emptiness or dissatisfaction. Fitness under the new covenant gives the glory to God and He gives you a peace and joy that allows you to feel fulfilled and satisfied with the outcome. You feel this way because it is God and not your doing.
