If you take something (i.e. computer, car, phone, etc) in to get fixed at a third party repair service (the original place of purchase could not help), and they assess the condition, spend time, replace what they believe is the issue... but in the end, the issue is still not fixed... Would it be fair that they charge you for the service?...for the time spent and components replaced? Would you pay for the service or refuse?
