If you think it should be against the law to not only brandish a firearm in a densely populated neighborhood, but to actually shoot and kill a non aggressive dog, then please sign this petition to be sent to Sheriff Cathey. This man has a concealed carry permit, and has threatened other people while walking their dogs on the sidewalk of their own neighborhood. Sheriff officers blatantly accepted a mentally unstable mans claim that he feared for his life....who carries a gun in their hand to take out their trash? Someone intent on getting rid of their neighbors dog that they didnt like from day 1.
