If you think your weight loss should be as perfect as your adherence to the protocol, then what happens to how you feel about the protocol when your weight stalls? If slower weight loss is not meeting your expectations, does that sense of failure justify the failure of cheating? WOULD YOU NEED TO MONITOR WEIGHT IF YOUR EXPECTATION WAS LENIENT OR IF THERE WAS NO PRESSURE TO MEET A STRICT DEMAND?
