If you use this, be aware of the percentage. I happen to use tea tree oil toothpaste on my dog 0.4% from the health food store and reading the below, it is deemed safe. It keeps the tarter away and makes his breath minty fresh. Better than the dog toothpastes Ive tried and never had stomach issues because it also has sodium bicarbonate in it. Might be worth trying if you brush your dogs teeth. Now my dogs health exams, the vets tell me he doesnt require dentals and I love that because when I was using the dogs toothpaste he required dentals. I hate the anesthesia. Worth doing the brushing if youre not already and my dog is 8 years old. Last 2 years; no dentals required. Also, dentals are getting very expensive!!
