If you want exercise to be part of your life (which Id encourage for everyone) then working consistency into it is a sure road to success. Dont set your bar too high at first & then find you cant keep up (epic fail) start with something you 100% can manage, for example 2 sessions a week... Once youve done this successfully for a month THEN add another session. This way you will build confidence & learn how fitness can be something you do, something you enjoy, something your good at, not something you struggle to make time for, something that you slightly fear and dislike. Xx
