If you want optimal results from your training program be sure to mix things up every 4-6 weeks. Your muscles get bored doing the same exercises over and over. This is a behind the back deadlift which places more emphasis on the hamstrings than a traditional deadlift with arms in front of your body. And the one arm row with the barbell forces the stabilizing muscles to work harder to keep the bar steady more than a dumbbell row ever could. And this defies common thinking that you should work smarter and not harder.. that mentality is NOT for BEASTING.
