If you want to feel a burst of energy, go to Palestine University like I did this morning.... wow... the rhythms of this place of learning is infectious.... My hosts this morning were three Palestinian students who greeted me warmly.... but then we were joined by many others.... many students and members of the faculty... a warm welcome in the Presidents office.... classrooms where students listened intently and asked many excellent questions... lets just say I got a great rush of enthusiasm for working with Palestinian students after visiting the campus. And you will too when you meet them.... I will share a few photographs later.... but only a few... I got pulled into this place of learning and forgot all about photographs... I wanted to be a student there.... no doubt about it And you can just know now that I will return there again and again inshallah. A huge thank you to my student hosts who made me feel like I belonged there, and who guided me attentively wherever I went..... and to the faculty and administration who invited me back for workshops and presentations..... you can bet it for sure... I will be back.
