If you want to fix your manners, note down the following 4 Hadiths of the prophet SAW (all found in 40 An-Nawawiyyah: 15th, 12th, 16th and 13th) go to someone of knowlege and ask them to explain the lessons in them for you. Abu Amr ibn Salaah narrates from Abi Muhammad ibn Abi Zayd, the Maaliki scholar of his time that he said: Good manners in its entirety and its (azimmatuhu???) is derived from 4 Hadiths: 1 - The statement of the prophet SAW: Let him who believes in Allaah and the Last Day speak good, or keep silent. 2 - The statement of the prophet SAW: Part of the perfection of ones Islaam is his leaving that which does not concern him. 3 - The statement of the prophet SAW: Do not become angry. 4 - The statement of the prophet SAW: None of you [truly] believes until he loves for his brother that which he loves for himself.
