If you want to get to the next level you must stay connected. To stay connected you need to be available. I see phenomenal leaders shine for a week, maybe 2, but then life catches up to them and the rain quickly follows. The problem they made was not becoming busy, thats fine and we all get busy. Here is the true problem they made........they were not able to commit to a schedule. When your team knows your availability they will work around your schedule and over a compounded period of time you can create a frequency of perfect harmony intrinsic with their growth and success, a rhythm if you will. Once the rhythm is established everything begins to happen almost effortlessly. Some of you have felt this harmonious rhythm in other areas of your life. Some call it flow. When your team doesnt know if you will be there when they contact you. They just...stop...contacting you. Drip. They need help with something and message you but you didnt tell them you would be at dinner. Drip. They want someone to hear your story but your on a date. Drip. And drip by drip eventually the rain comes. Let people know when your available, REALLY let people know when your not. When you are available you can create connections, connections create leaders, leaders build your business. A growing business brings out the sun. #actlike #aprofessional #FvF
