If you want to lose weight, for starters, literally just drink water and nothing else. Youd be surprised of how huge of a difference it makes. I did it when i was a freshman and now its just natural. Every dam drink out there is loaded with sugar so just think in an exponential way of how they add up to your caloric intake. Youll lose weight just by doing that. Then, Imagine adding any kind of exercise whilst doing this.the results will come. Its not hard, just takes discipline. I used to be super chubby my whole life until the end of freshman year when i buckled down. I lost 40 pounds and gained muscle and definition. Right now im not im not intip top shape but if i didnt primarily drink water and and didnt atleast do my daily pushups id be in way worse shape.
