Yesterday the the private Bank of Minnesota received approval for 5 variances on the property from Brevard County - 4 were withdrawn because of objections. These variances allows ANY owner to rebuild on the footprint of the house. The further along we allow the bank to get in this process without completing a contract for purchase the more expensive this piece of property will become and the LESS likely it is that Annie will return to the point.. Do not wait for your neighbor or friend we need the support NOW.
