If you want to see change in a person , talk about them, but know this ,your words have power. Speak life into them. Pointing out peoples flaws will never help but if you will start seeing the good in them and encouraging them it will change them and build their confidence and it will also bring you closer to that person. You will be glad you did, because someday you may need someone to do the same for you.
