If you want to work on next strength, this is a GREAT exercise for doing it. This is a weighted dip, done with the dip belt looped around the back of your head/neck. Obviously, dont start heavy (Ive worked up to 90 lbs with it), but in general, its a great way to develop strength in the neck while still working other bodyparts. One of the toughest things about neck training is not the actual training but actually finding a good place in your training to fit it in...no better way than working it in with another movement. To work the other aspect, Ill do bent-over rows with my forehead on the end of a bench.
