If you were asked to die for your faith, would you be willing to lay down your life? I assume most of us would be willing to DIE for Christ, but are we willing to LIVE for Christ? Often times, we say well surrender in the big things: Lord, Ill do anything for you - even go to the jungles of Africa. But when it comes to the little, daily things, such as trusting God with our problems, forgiving our neighbors, making a daily discipline to spend time with Him, or yielding what we want to do in order to serve others, were not so ready to submit. Matt. 24:9 - Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. Were witnessing this going all all over the Middle East. Other countries are beginning to follow suit. Its extremely easy to become complacent in a country where persecution comes in the form of slander or verbal abuse. I challenge you to try to imagine what your faith would look like if you were living elsewhere. Its time to put your FULL trust in the Lord and LIVE for Him now... why wait even another second? May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. - Rom. 15:13
