If you were colonized, which basically means you lost say over your life as a people, and one of the hallmarks of that is loss of control of land and resources and this was done through acts of war, technically if you still dont have your rights back, your land and your say over resources then YOUR STILL AT WAR WITH THE COLONIZER, THE COLONIAL SETTLER STATE.......So if you are in the united states military, the colonial states empiracle military and you are lakota, you technically are a traitor to your people and probably should be cast out on your ass........
