If you were to meet the Creator of all things, and if you are so closed minded that this concept bothers you then please ignore this, what would be the one question you would want answered? For me the question would be one word. “Why?” I would ask this because the majority of people I have encountered in my life seem to be so closed that they do not want to let me in. It’s like I was meant to be a stranger to most people and I cannot understand why. It’s true that I choose to be an individual, that I don’t want to accept what people want me to believe just because they tell me to believe it, but even people I have never met before seem to shut me out for no apparent reason. Are most people that narrow minded that I seem like someone they don’t want to know? I have so few people I’ve encountered that I can even come close to calling ‘friends’. I used to think there was something wrong with me that repelled most people but I now believe I was wrong about that. Does holding strongly to my individuality send out some signal that repels the weak minded followers of the majority? Why? Call me insane if you like. I don’t really care anymore. I do have a few people who seem willing to accept me for who I really am and I guess they are a blessing in this troubled world. Sometimes I feel so alone in a crowd and it hurts. I just want to know if there are any others out there who feel the same way.
