There are really only 4 people running in the Congress and the Senate that will change America. That is John Boehner, Republican and Nancy Pelosi, Democrate for speaker of the house and Mitch McConnell, Republican and Harry Reid, Democrate for leader in the Senate. This coming federal election no matter where you are and no matter who you vote for, it will put one or the other in charge. The Republicans will follow Boehner and McConnell the Democrats will follow Pelosi and Reid. It’s that simple. These are the differences in policy. The Republicans are against increasing minimum-wage, against background checks for guns, against equal pay for women, against lowering student loan rates, against a path of citizenship for “dreamers,” against climate change legislation, do not believe in man-made climate change, in favor of Citizens United, unlimited money and donations in politics, for a balanced budget amendment, for lowering the tax rates on the richest Americans, for lowering corporate tax rates, for increasing military expenditures, against gay marriage, against a womans right to choose, against disclosing campaign donations, against GMO and food labeling, against incentives for renewable energy, against the legalization of industrial hemp, against the ban on importing ivory and in favor of requiring draconian ID in order to vote.
