If you would like to be an affiliated club member, could you please ensure you return your completed membership form and payment by 20th December at the latest? Once this date has passed, I will be adding all members to the England Athletics portal, and we will not be accepting paying members again until later next year. Just to clarify: Club member - paying £15 membership (£5 for 2nd Claim), entitled to reduced race entry fees, and can run as an attached DRG member. Associate member - free membership, entitled to join any of our runs on DRG nights (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday), as before. 1st and 2nd Claim - if you are a member of another affiliated club (your 1st Claim club), you can join DRG as a 2nd Claim club member (this does not affect Associate membership). This allows you to enter races that your other club do not do (eg: Cross Country, etc), under DRG. If you wish to change your 1st Claim membership to DRG, you must first resign (in writing) from your other club. Please note that you must do this, even if you have let your membership of the other club lapse! If you have any queries, please dont hesitate to ask me or Peter :-)
