If you would like to be considered for a leadership position for the Tyndall Private Gun Club, please submit your name via email to tyndall.pgc@gmail with both your desired position(s) and name in the subject line. All positions are up for election. YOU MUST BE A TPGC MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING. Article VII - Duties of officers a.) President. The president shall preside at all meetings of the Club and of the executive committee as defined by Club rules. He shall be a member of all regular and special committees, and shall perform all such duties as usually pertain to his office. The president shall appoint standing or special committees as may be required by the bylaws or as he may find necessary. b.) Vice-president. The vice-president shall perform the duties of the president in his absence or at his request, and shall perform other duties as assigned by the president. He shall provide responsible oversight of all capital equipment owned by the Club. c.) Secretary. The secretary shall conduct all official correspondence pertaining to the Club. He shall keep all correspondence and a true record of all meetings of the executive committee and Club. d.) Treasure. The treasurer shall maintain a complete record of all transactions. He shall have custody of the books and papers pertaining to the Club. He shall be responsible for collection of dues, paying of bills, and preparing a detailed accurate account of all funds of the Club and place same in such bank or banks approved by the executive committee. e.) Activities Coordinator. The activities coordinator shall be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing the events program of the Club. He shall interface as necessary with external entities to schedule activities and facilities as required to fulfill the objectives, requests and decisions of the membership. f.) Custodian of Equipment. The custodian of equipment is responsible for maintaining, storage, inventory, and issuing all equipment owned by the Club g.) All Club officers are required to attend all meetings and appointed committees. If an officer misses three consecutive meetings without reasonable cause, that officer will be removed from office and nominations for that office will be taken at the next regular or special meeting. h.) All range officials must be range official certified by Combat Arms NCOIC.
