If you would like to improve the shape of your legs here is a great lower body circuit for you to try. . You do each of the 4 exercise for 30 seconds then rest once youve finished all 4. Then you repeat it again doing it as many times as you can.Obviously the fitter you are the more times you can do it. By the way I am loving the up the wall glute squeeze exercise I made up for this video! Not only were my legs aching but my shoulders were in shreads having to hold myself up. I love finding new moves to do.
