If youd like to come and speak to me Id be glad to defend my husband of 27 years or any other DOC employee at John Lilley Correctional Center. I assume it is very easy to post your thoughts on a social media site in the comfort of your own home with your spouse and children present. I also assume it would be much more difficult to speak directly to the spouse or child of a DOC officer that spent 72 straight hours away from their family over the weekend in pursuit of escaped inmates and then not 3 days later are now going on the 41st hour away from home. This is not to mention the danger they are in during this time of decreased rest and meals. As my amazing DOC husband commented earlier, DOC is hiring.
