If your Christmas presents havent arrived, blame bad weather and overloaded systems, that is what UPS and FedEx are doing. The delivery companies arent saying how many packages are delayed but say it was a small percentage of all of the packages they delivered. FedEx made 275 million deliveries between Thanksgiving and Christmas. A UPS spokeswoman says the requests exceeded the companys capacity. Amazon, which uses both companies to deliver packages, said it will refund some customers shipping charges and give them $20 in credit. Did you have any packages delayed that you thought would make it in time for Christmas? How do you think UPS and Fedex should handle the situation?
