If your blood cholesterol level is more than 100 plus your age, up to a max of 160, you have closed arteries. Anyone with cholesterol (in our society) below 160 is considered abnormal or subnormal. Normal cholesterol levels are 160-330... Every so-called normal level in our country is guaranteed to close arteries. Normal in our country simply means that you can walk from one room to another. Out cholesterol levels are not normal. They are averages for asymptotic people, but the next day those people could drop dead of a heart attack. -Nathan Pritikin- The meat, dairy and egg industries tell us not to worry unless blood cholesterol is abnormal/above the norm. People with normal levels are dying, by the millions, from high levels of saturated fat and cholesterol in their products.
