If your goal is to LOSE BODY-FAT then stop wasting your time with isolated exercises that burn a small fraction of the calories compared to compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, military presses etc. Your body requires for more force production via energy(calories) to move heavy weight than it does to move a single hinge body part such as a bicep curl. I see way too many people especially females wasting their time on exercises that burn very few calories and at the endow end ay if you want to lose weight it comes down to energy(calories) in vs. energy(calories) out. #liftheavyshit
