If your not picking your belly button or cutting your toe nails, be sure to tune into Sky Sports 4 at 5.30pm tomorrow, im both in the bothy with Keith Arthur, and ive done the outside carp shoot with Matthew Preston at the lovely Earls view carp fishery in Shropshire. Loads of tips and plenty of laughter thrown in for good measure, and ill be the one with no make up on..........!!!!! Think its repeated later tomorrow night and Saturday, so no excuse for missing you weekly dose of Tong time.......xxx
