If youre a person with all your faculties going great guns and you sign or buy anything on your doorstep from a salesman you then have a 14 day cooling off period to consider and retract. This gentleman with cognitive function needed secondary advice before signing an agreement with his JC (Id have done and needed EXACTLY the same) and he has just won a 2 year legal battle. Id have thought the original JC decision contradicted the Equality Act 2010, Section 20 where reasonable adjustments meant he was entitled to seek that secondary support and advice was entirely ignored.
