If youre coming to a farmers market for the first time this Saturday, youll need to make some decisions. Should you get the cinnamon roll, scone, or both? Iced coffee or hot coffee? Strawberry gelato, or vanilla? Hot salsa or mild? Four cucumbers, or a whole bushel? A tamale for now, or for later? Gluten or no gluten? A few pork chops, or order a whole hog. And so it goes. Its not your ordinary shopping trip. You can actually talk to the people who made and grew the food. They will happily tell you all about it. Next thing you know, youll be a farmers market expert!
