If youre in Manchester area and love Christmas, please keep the 16th December free! I will be hosting (and singing) Jason Manfords Christmas Carol Concert with the Piccadilly Symphony at the beautiful Bridgewater Hall in aid of caft.co.uk. We have a huge orchestra and choir as well as some guest singers from the world of comedy and music! Itll be a show for all of the family! Ive been involved in the Childrens Adventure Farm for many years; its a lovely charity that give children who are terminally ill, disabled or underprivileged, and their families, a chance at a fun action packed holiday. When I was a boy the only holiday we ever had was to Butlins Pwllheli which was paid for by the Lord Mayors Fund in Manchester, so I know first hand how important a charity like this can be to little ones and their families! Tickets will be £25 and will go on sale next week and I will be adding guest artists on the bill as and when they reply to my text! But itll be Christmassy and the music will be brilliant and we will sing-a-long to all the Carols and Christmas songs so that we leave all ready for Santas visit the week after! We hope to raise over £40,000 for the charity on the night and that will help hundreds of children have a fun time that they normally wouldnt get chance to have. Cheers, Jason
