If youre into meditating or would like to start but feel that youre too restless or anxious and dont know where to begin, I strongly suggest downloading the free app Breathe. Ive always wanted to learn to meditate and I hear over time you can quiet the mind and enjoy peace and stillness but frankly theres always a maelstrom going on inside of me. This application has you check in and log in your mood/sensations/physical well being and offers a list of relevant guided meditations.
