If youre looking for a great full body workout challenge this is it. I threw this together a few weeks ago and it was good one!! Full body circuit (3-4 rounds) ~For rounds 1 & 2 perform each exercise for 45 secs then rest 30 sec between each exercise - rest 1-2 min at the end of each round. ~For rounds 3 & 4 do each exercise for 30 sec & rest 30 sec b/t each exercise. Plié Jump Squat (turn toes slightly out) One-leg DB deadlift (switch legs halfway through the 45 sec) Squat to Lunge jump love these (see the video) Lateral lunge - alternating sides Burpees (skip the jump part standing up if you need to) Plank up-downs (on BOSU ball - plank starting on elbows push up with one arm then the other, then go back down one arm at a time to elbows *keep repeating*) Jump Rope Up and over bench jumps Crunches Enjoy
