If youre looking for something to do tomorrow afternoon before the Super Bowl come on by Maria Lutheran in Kennedy for our 2nd Auction and Variety Show to benefit the Kittson County Youth Mission trip to Pine Ridge. There are so many silent auction items its hard to pick a few to highlight, but how about: signed bats and cards from Justin Morneau and Joe Mauer, gift certificates to numerous local businesses, date baskets, movie baskets, quilts and other hand-knit and crochet items, tickets to Kickn Up Kountry, and much more! Silent Auction from 1 to 2 p.m. with bars and food, as well. So even come and have a little lunch and visit! Variety Show starts shortly after 2, featuring our youth in music acts, skits, hobby horse racing, and concluding with a live auction, selling around a dozen of our youth for home chores, yard work, babysitting, and/or housesitting.
