Some of you know Im taking a finance class, well, when I go to purchase a home again, I will more than likely go with a buyer-broker. Theyre more on your side, not the home owners side, because youre paying them. Typical realtors make money off of houses they sell. The more the house sells for, the more commission the RA makes.
