If youre looking to change the composition(body fat/muscle) of your body you must train with weights with a certain amount of intensity. When I say weights Im referring to traditional bodybuilding and power lifting movements, not that Crossfit shit. Thats no real training. Nor will that crap change your composition. Grab some dumbells and isolate different areas of your body, push the limits on the weights and sets. Load the squat bar and progress up with heavy weights, dont fu$king lock your knees and keep going, even if it burns , keep moving with perfect form. Over load your muscles! Thats how your body changes . If whatever youre doing is easy you need to reevaluate it and change it! Hard work is important, however it has to be the right hard work. Ask anyone with a quality physique and they will tell you it takes hard work, not some easy bullshit program someone is trying to convince you to purchase just to steal your money. Crossfit is another bullshit program that wont change your body. They will convince you it will. Take it from someone who has build their body, that training is shit! If my direct forward approach offends you, go do Crossfit youll fit right in. Im sick of that community criticizing anything other than the crap they call fitness. Id love to run them thru a high volume high intensity leg workout with proper form. They would die. My point to this post is to make sure youre doing the right work to change your body, build strength, and conditioning of your body! # TRUTH
