If youre lucky enough to come by Friday and this weekend and if we still have some left youll want to try the Montreal smoked meat on rye. This is the mack daddy of a brisket sandwich. You certainly cant get this in South Carolina and possibly just a few places in the US. We wont have enough to get through the weekend and even by Saturday it might all be gone but over the next few weeks well smoke enough briskets to get us through a weekend hopefully.
