If youre reading this, I kindly suggest you take a minute to see some news about whats actually happening in your country to you, the average consumer on the internet. On Sep. 10, just five days from now, some big websites are having a simulated slowdown for all the people using that site. The companies include but are not limited to Etsy, Kickstarter, Wordpress, Vimeo, Mozilla, Namecheap, Foursquare, imgur, and reddit. They are doing this to show you what an internet WITHOUT net neutrality looks like. It will mean not only websites but YOU as a user of said websites will be subject to big corporations will and really experience a pay to play internet. Keep companies like Comcast from taking control over more of our rights and sign a petition, email or call your congressman, or just spread the word.
