If youve been making choices that you deem as right or the only way or simply because theyre the easiest.. & youre still facing the same problems & are unhappy then you must do something different! Change is a necessity, if youve never had to be forced to change in your life thats not a good sign. What led you to a problem wont fix it. & who causes a problem, limits you, &/or drains your energy wont necessarily change. Usually, in situations that bring us more unhappiness & pain than happiness & pleasure- you can begin by asking for change from yourself. & Im talking within not superficially. & if youve invested all you can in yourself to be & do better, & secondly your relationship & youre still unhappy & unhealthy then this an indicator that you need to take action! Its time let go of something or someone. We all know who these are. Most probably the last thing & person you want to lose actually!
