If youve seen any of what this man says take place and you say nothing you are just as guilty as the person doing it! It is ABUSE! No doubt about it .. If you dont like what i post feel free to delet and block me ... I am not going away ... I am a parent and most of what this man says happened to my child and it just gets swept under the rug ... I followed the proper procedures and was told that in according to policies they way people spoke to my child was acceptable ! If this is the case then its time to change the rules! Its funny how rules only pertain to some people and not others ... If this was your child i would back you up i wouldnt sit back idaly and do nothing afraid my child would get black balled! This kind of coaching needs to be stopped ... The curuptness needs to stop! Feel free to share ..
